I just got home from seeing the odyssey; initial thoughts

Cyclops was an interesting design choice

I’m kinda sad they cut the “My name is Nobody” bit with the cyclops but kinda understand why they did it.

Penelope was OVER IT and I love it.

The moving trees were trippy and wouldn’t be surprised if a lot of people missed it. That was probably the point now that I think about it.

Silent Judgy Athena was lowkey kinda funny.

I hope that cow was best damn cow they ever tasted

The afterlife scene is probably my favorite part.

Interesting that they never really showed Agamemnon’s full face.

The one and only issue I have with Christopher Nolan’s Odyssey is that Matt Damon is the lead actor.

Damon is just so….average.

The rest of the cast makes up for it though. Hopefully he will exceed my expectations

I just realized to be a Locked Tomb Necromancer you probably have to have at least 3 PhDs worth of science knowledge.

Complete knowledge of human anatomy, physiology and biochemistry.

The entire concept and uses of Thanergy & Thalergy

Some sort of engineering/mechanics knowledge. I’m not smart enough to know what one specifically but y’all probably do.

And a whole host of other stuff I am definitely forgetting.

Most of the characters are under 30. No wonder everyone is mentally unstable
