#two-toned ink <- my first splatoon agent story thing, it originally spawned from my yearning of rival3 (Tawa who is a rival & Ikari who is agent 3!) and wanting to relive old days, and it became it's own thing!
#ink-stained hands <- my personal take on a serious more "edgy" agent 3 as my main girl ikari is alot more light hearted in nature, yes two-toned ink has some more heavy or darker stuff but this one is also not only to explore a take on that but brand new agent OCs of agent 4 and such

I am an Adult running this account, and would rather NOT have minors liking/reblogging or anything in capacity with my work.. there wont be any NSFW or such, but it's rather if anyone is interacting with me I much rather it be other adults.
I do NOT create this blog for any kind of audience or to be treated as a flashy social media, I do love to post and decorate, but i treat all of my blogs as.. well, blogs. About me?
I am someone originating from Asia (so my english might not be best at times) , when it comes to Splatoon i have been invested since the start of the first game's lifespan, having been gifted an Wii U that had Splatoon 1 on it.
My love for the game has been present ever since then, I would draw it non-stop everyday.. I struggled a lot with keeping OCs that had myself invested, but Splatoon is where I found my passion with making fandom-related OCs.
As for what i love? I've collected a few blinkies to show a list of favourites of mine, I really love colorful things I can't just do a normal list haha..
So you will most likely see these things from my interest, i lean very heavily to a more ''nostalgic" feeling I have with Splatoon's fandom eras, which you can see from my story with Ikari & Tawa. This will primarily be a S1 and S2/OE centered blog.. I do have all 3 games but I haven't yet warmed up to Splatoon 3 oddly enough..

i needed to search up a picture of the deltarune background of the bedroom for a background practice and almost subconciously googled "splatoon kris bedroom"
This is a follow-up to my post about my dislike of the 'Found Family / Eight is Adopted by Pearl & Marina' hc and wishing more people percieved them as a friendgroup instead (No, you cannot make Marina the "mom friend" of the group that is not any better..)
I feel like Eight (to me atleast, all of this is my opinion!!.. I don't want people to be attacked just for my dislikes ;;) to me was always the oldest of the agents, many people forget that in Splatoon 2 Pearl & Marina were actually young adults at that time, Marina being 18 & Pearl being 21.
Their memcakes seemed to be very ignored, the memcake about Marina DIRECTLY implying Eight knew her before, they could be in the same age range for all we knew.. and Pearl seems to offer to atleast be Eight's friend.
And we know in Side Order from Pearl's opening dialogue that she sees them as 'besties'.
I wish we knew if Eight & Marina knew eachother like how Marina knew Dedf1sh or if they just simply don't recongize eachother.

To be honest I think im going to entirely redo the reference sheets for both my oc stories because theyre outdated and don't match my art very well (+ need to update their masterposts) but man i don't want to do full bodies all over again..
the reason i never was able to like/enjoy making agent OCs is bevause they felt very restrictive to being about said thing, two-toned ink doesnt fall under this because despite being based on Rival3, they have characterization and lives outside of it.
The best way i've ever made Agent OCs is when they feel like splatoon characters with their own things and personalities where the agent parts of them can be tacked on as an afterthought and be able to still be something you can imagine happening because of it fitting said character
i want to remake honey (the agent 4 from teo-toned ink) for this reason because i think her story and design feels far too locked into being just agent 4 and nothing else , so im going to fix that!!..
i also dont like the characterization ive given her very much

Do anyone wonder how the hypnoshades ACTUALLY work?
Since Splatoon has such a big rmphasis on music and Octavio himself is a DJ, would it be something like sound-waves transmitting and putting you into a trance? Im pretty sure this is actually confirmed in the Callie fight but im not sure I haven't replayed Splatoon 2 hero mode in a long time..;;
