"This is my favorite part of the show. Welcome to the acoustic section! So, this is a tradition we started on the Eras Tour, and it was kind of in honor of the fact that I was trying to play music from all of the albums, because you’ve been so supportive of all of them, which is why I even get to do this tour, so I sort of challenge myself to do different songs every night, like, a different one on guitar and one on piano, songs I usually don’t play live. And you know, when I’m picking these songs, I try to think about how I can, I try to match the moment. Like, you have done something so extraordinary by deciding that 96,000 of you wanted to come and hang out and dance and sing, so I was just like, ‘I’ve got to pick one that they really want to hear.’ And I think I might have achieved it, you have to let me know.
