Thank you for stepping into the 2000s Bud. I feel that baseball has been greatly hurt by Bud Selig's leadership, I understand it is a difficult job to control such a big organization, but he has failed the MLB with regards to instant replay and PED use.  I've always thought he was the wrong man for the job and this just goes to further say how much of a joke his leadership is.  If the MLB really wants to grow, it needs to have someone that isn't stuck in 1920.

A-Roid is such a sad story, you would have figured that he would have straightened up and played it straight, but apparently couldn't get over himself.  Its too bad the Yankees can't get their millions back from this guy.  I'll be surprised if he gets to play ever again.  From the 300 million dollar man to little more than a sideshow act, maybe Jose Canseco can give him some pointers on how to spend retirement.

Such a sad day for me as a Braves fan.  Hudson has been a workhorse for Atlanta for years and to go down like this is such a disappointment. The slow-mo replay was pretty gruesome and shows that it was just an unfortunate accident.  I feel incredibly bad for Eric Young, his stomach must have dropped as soon as he landed on his ankle instead of the base.  Here's to Timmy making a quick recovery and coming back next year to dominate and be the ace as usual.

Wow, unbelievable. Delusional, misleading and a liar. Its amazing how if you say something enough that you start to believe it. Ryan Braun is a great baseball player, but in my mind it's going to always be *Ryan Braun* now.

More than his suspension, Ryan Braun will never be able to regain his reputation. He'll always be labeled a fraud.

To me this is an incredibly unfortunate blow to baseball, a young star who is supposedly doing things the right way and being a model for younger baseball players to look up to just completely lied and fooled all of the MLB and probably a good part of the fan base.  I know from a personal perspective that I will never look at any athlete the same after something like this.  Lance Armstrong, another good example was pretty much exactly the same with the way things played out, but unfortunately he had already retired before sanctions could be passed his way.

Being such a big fan of baseball I am so disappointed and I know it doesn't mean anything in the big picture, but I'm glad I never drafted Braun on my fantasy team.

Gators LB arrested for barking at police dog

Gators linebacker Antonio Morrison has been arrested for the second time in five weeks, this time for allegedly barking at a police dog and resisting arrest, and will miss at least the first two games of the season after being suspended from the team.

Bhahaha, this is hilarious stuff.  It is incredible that this actually happened.  At least he's keeping the Gator nation in the news......for all the wrong reasons. Just realized that Georgia fans are going to have a field day with this in Jacksonville this year, this will be awesome.
