I packed a bag. I changed at work. I did cardio.
I missed me goal of being under 220 by the beginning of March by 1.8 pounds. But throughout February I lost 1.6 pounds.
March is a new month. Starting off with lent which should be a nice kickstart to my month of weight loss.
New month new goals. That 1.8 should hopefully be gone by the middle of the month with another .5 behind

I couldn’t lift as heavy as I thought I could and I felt other muscles shaking that I wasn’t working out 😂
However it’s baby steps
3 years of being single A.F on valentines
3 years of being curvy, strong and a mother to an amazing girl on valentines. That girl who will be my forever valentine. That girl who joins me for movie and pizza dates.
You know what’s hella frustrating?
Tracking, exercising some, paying attention, and still gaining.

Wednesday was stair day.
Also apparently a lot of people can’t touch their toes?! I said it off handedly at work and everyone thought I was crazy.

Tuesday workout down. Tuesday breakfast consumed.
I also found a pasta carbonara weight watchers dinner which made two lunches for the rest of the week! Pretty excited about it.
Tomorrows a new day but for tonight I have a cup of tea and friends to unwind before bed.

Did 35 minutes of cardio tonight. Hair was cute. It’s never wavy.
I ate breakfast today. I need to get back in the habit of eating breakfast.

I went to see Reba McEntire tonight and felt cute 
Todays weigh in largely brought to you in part of me not being on my time of the month. Water weight is the woooooorst lol
However it’s momentum and I’ll take it
Progress report. I’ve been taking pictures every day so far in January just to get a feel. From when I started Weight Watchers on November 21st I’m down almost 2 pounds. Slow and set easy I guess
In the long run I’ll appreciate these side by sides I’m sure

I’m doing pretty well at maintaining my water intake of 120oz a day. I’ve gone to the gym twice last week. Going to try for the same amount this week.

Second day back. I tried a lower setting so my heart rate wouldn’t elevate as high as last night. Only 25 minutes. I’m not trying to over due my knee or my endurance.
