Hello, this is my fitness blog. I enjoy working out and eating well. I give people insight on workouts and nutrition as well. I have applied having no excuses last year in order to accomplish my fitness goals. I'm in the process of joining the US Military and had to lose weight/ change my workout routine. I signed up for an self-defense class (it pricy) . Never been in a fight or felt like I needed to be aware of it until now. But damn, new era of fitness for me. I learned so much and can't wait to learn more. My partner today was no joke.

Workout 310 went well. Gonna be doin another spartan race later this year. Hopefully lifting the tire is much easier now that my deadlift has increased 🤔
