Tried Teavana's Earl Grey during today's rainy weather. It has a very rich bergamot aroma which I absolutely love but even after steeping two teaspoons for ten minutes it wasn't as strong as I usually like my black teas.
Earl Grey
As much as I am a huge fan of loose leaf teas, Twinnings makes my ultimate favorite earl grey. I usually don't add anything to it because it is perfect on its own but when I do I add honey. It's everything I look for in early grey tea: the punch of black tea with the mellowness of early grey. Also, I can buy it in huge boxes and tea bags are the easiest on-the-go morning source of caffeine for me. One day I will invest in one of those fancy travel infusing tumbler things for loose leaf teas. Until then, I am completely satisfied with just Twinnings earl grey when I'm in a rush out the door. Also, the cookies are 365 organic sandwich cookies and they are absolutely delicious when paired with this tea.
Celestial Seasonings' Tension Tamer tea has been a favorite of mine since I was younger. It's an herbal tea but it's more than simply chamomile an you would expect. Interestingly enough it has catnip in it as well as lemongrass. The aroma gives away another ingredient: peppermint. Sometimes I drink it plain but at night I like it with a little bit of organic sugar and almond milk. Definitely one to try if you need a relaxing tea.
