:33< *ac gr33ts her guests by offuring them a chair and a tea cup*
:33< this purrend is fun and soothing with a citrusy tang and the crispness of mint
:33< its a pawsitivley purrfect tea to make a pawt of fur a group of furiends!
The Nepeta blend used both lemon and mint tea. It tastes great both hot and iced, and sweetened as well. Its a fun and playful blend with high sunny notes of lemon and ginger with a surprising cool bite from the mint, much like our resident kitty troll.
Teas used:
Lemon Grass from Adagio
Moroccan Mint Green Tea from Teavana
Use a 1 to 1 ratio of how much lemon grass vs how much mint tea is used per pot/cup.
Heat the water up to boiling or whistling if you use a kettle and then let it sit off the fire for about two minutes to cool because the mint tea can burn and turn bitter. For the same reason, it is not recommended that you steep for more than 3 minutes. I generally steep for about 2. If you choose to, add something to sweeten it, and then the most important part, enjoy!
Teastuck is open!
Teastuck was thought of by my want for Homestuck themed tea blends. Tea and Homestuck are two of the best things in life so I felt like they needed to be combined.
The teas used here will not all be from one store or site, and I ask that no one use sites like Adagio to make the blends and then sell them branding them as Homestuck blends because making money off of Homestuck is a fandom no no.
If you have any questions or suggestions, please send me an ask or tag your post with teastuck and I'll get to it as soon as possible!
