Going back to that comfort zone is GOLD. IF & ONLY IF (HOWEVER) you let yourself succumb to the fundamentals of your foundation, which, I would bet, are a far cry from what you have evolved to deem fundamental.

a willing and not stubborn mind brought back to the beginning will start to be able to put things, current situations into better perspective. Sometimes we see the foundation or the beginning as being less sophisticated or less, in general, than the current and the future.

that's wrong in all senses. without a sturdy foundation, the entire entity/being won't last- therefore the fundamental foundations should always be where one draws their strength from.
