They alr had smt going on maybe in Devenford Prep and those damn doctors took Theo away from Beacon Hills. Maybe Liam didn't think much of the relationship, until they meet again in Beacon Hills High
And his supposed to be boyfriend supposed to be evil, what Stiles claimed. He helped Stiles sneak onto Theo in the fell in a hole episode and sniff him because he missed Theo
Liam put on his aggressive act and Theo understood immediately that this is 'their first interaction' so he came up with "why do I get the feeling this kid thougher than he looks?"
Instead of Malia, Theo was onto Liam during the Dread Doctors arc (includes the gym scene) and overuse the "remember how we used to—" bs.
The clip when theo looks at Liam kissing Hayden in the rear view of his truck makes sense is more way than one
My hot take is that I don’t like when fics make Liam and Brett friends or Brett and Theo. Brett canonically kidnapped, held Liam hostage in a zoo enclosure and bullied Liam so bad. Liam who was at prep school at the time so thirteen fourteen years old, so bad for losing a lacrosse game that Liam’s IED manifested itself.
Then after they crossed paths again after Liam became a wolf, knocked Liam around on the lacrosse field talking about some “Did you die? No so get up” werewolf or not Brett was still Liam’s abuser essentially, and now had an excuse to push Liam around some more cuz “Oh he’s a werewolf he heals” be so for real.
And fucking Nolan and what’s his nuts kicking the crap out of Liam trying to kill him, I don’t want to see them as friends or in the puppy pack in fics either. TBH I wish Theo killed those two
i know people love seasons 1-3 of teen wolf but honestly season 5 was the peak of tv. the main plot line is about a child soldier who was abducted and trained as a weapon by an 18th century french scientist who made himself immortal by sucking on the brain juice of a nazi lion man just so that he could resurrect his evil situationship. "oh but the nogitsune-" i simply couldnt care less. do you think the dread doctors bought theo those fuck ass jeans with the piping so he'd be a more convincing normal teenager?

Since they usually come with sweet scent I think they'd both have strong ones like alphas to cover up the sweet pheromones. Theo has that spicy cinnamon and hints of mint or maybe cedarwood clean, but there's a sweet vanilla hidden. I couldn't choose if Liam wants something fresh or woody. He could be bergamot/citrus or amber and hiding his wild berries.
They both go crazy trying to figure out if the other is an omega and would try to get that hidden scent of the other before the other get to theirs.
and that a Beta belongs in his pack, with their Alpha.
Showing up injured to make Liam anxious just to feel his touch. He shifts fully into a wolf and taught Liam to do the same, convincing it feels better than being a human. One time Liam was shifting, Theo deleted Mason's texts and cancelled Liam's plans.
He's always there for Liam during heated arguments in pack meetings. It gives him a sick satisfaction when Liam was gritting his teeth and calms down when he locked eyes with Theo. So Theo decided to skip a meeting, during a full moon. Liam couldn't stop being aggressive, drawing looks from his pack.
When Liam couldn't handle it? He searched for Theo desperately and was welcomed by slow kisses before he felt himself being devoured in it.
One step after another to take Liam away from his own pack.
So he added more distance between them slowly, watching how it was eating Liam alive even though he knew he's his anchor. To the point Liam finally snapped and it resulted blood in his hands.
That's when Theo Raeken finally saved the day. Just like what he said before— "Any idea where you're gonna dump the body?" He watched Liam's slumped body in the passenger's seat of his own truck after Theo helped hiding the corpse.
Theo willingly took the blame. Scott couldn't have a killer in the pack. The Alpha was disappointed to see Theo going back to his old way. Guilt was killing Liam Dunbar when Scott stated Theo has to leave Beacon Hills for his action.
So before that truck finally hit the road, Liam stopped him with a duffel bag full of his belongings.
"Take me with you," Liam stated—pleaded.
And who was Theo to refuse the little scared Beta? He's not a selfish person, isn't he?
He's not a liar either. Because he knew the truth. That Liam looked much better now sleeping beside him every single night. Sometimes in the same passenger seat, sometimes on the truck bed cuddled with him, sometimes in a motel. Until they found a place together.
He definitely looks better with a new mark on his neck, not Scott's pack symbol. A new one, something Liam chose for himself.
It was Theo's.
A Beta shouldn't be away from their Alpha.
Just like how he wants Liam to be, his beta and Theo as his alpha. Now they're truly together— no more of Mason's texts, no more of Stiles' dirty looks, no more of Liam's stepfather and mom giving hugs—
"What's on your mind, love?" Just Theo.
What was on Liam's mind earlier?
"I'm...not sure either," Liam admitted.
And that's okay. Theo pulled Liam in another embrace on their very own bed, giving those kisses all over his neck and his teeth grazed Liam's mark. In a way that made Liam's thoughts vanished in the air.
"We'll figure it out," Theo's voice assuring him.
Liam sighed when he felt Theo's warm palm against him. Those kisses went lower to place Liam's mind away in a better place.
"Isn't it much better to just be mine?"
Theo devoured him, his moans, and his cries like a wolf.
Theo planned and worked hard for this. He isn't selfish.
Liam Dunbar, Theo's beta is perfect just like this.
