Man that was a great episode!! Pan!Shelby is already so interesting to me, like her coming from a wealth apparently? Marriage? The Scott and Drift friendship and moments were also really cute!! I also love how it's the coin of Fates for her powers, Scott guiding her and Drift explaining the view, man this is amazing!!

Okay so pan!Shelby is giving raised as a human sacrifice. She was given everything she needed or wanted, everything was planned for her life (plans that appeared to not be important to tell her?), and she was led to a cliff side where lighting struck her down. Likeeee we all see it right?

Apo's feathers are making the part of my brain that LOVES courting rituals go so so insane

Like, she wakes up from the dead in this strange place with strange people and suddenly she has wings that she did NOT have before - and sometimes feathers fall from them and she doesn't know why but it feels important for someone else to have one so she lets Owen have one. Maybe shes instinctively protective of her wings, moving them away from people and tucking them in close to her body without even realising she's doing it. She gives feathers to Pearl and Sausage once they decide to team up - she doesn't even really know why she's doing it but it makes some weird part of her brain happy.

And then Owen tells her she broke the feather she had (this HAPPENED in canon) and Apo feels like she wants to cry and like, that doesn't make sense to her, its just a stupid feather that fell off her wings that she let Owen keep but something in her HATES what happened.
