"This is my first time in America. I stayed in this great hotel, took a helicopter ride, went on a photo-trek to all the famous spots in the city, and got married in Central Park on Christmas day. It’s been true!"

With a new year a head of us, a new calendar of films is set for release. The month of January brings audiences a mixed bag of films from cheap productions to moderately high-budgeted films that couldn’t find space in the previous calendar year. January features 12 notable releases, only one...

Lovely resting place for the wine fridge we had. It never worked, was noisy, controller and display board problems etc. #Vinotemp never stood by this product. AND To make matters worse.. I had to pay $20 to get rid of this thingWe are now happy owners of a GE wine fridge. Compressor YES. Thermoelectric NO. So goodbye and so long mr. Crap wine fridge.
Penofin Performance Oil Finish - WHAT A MESS
As you can see from the attached images our deck had gone completely black. When we purchased our home in 2008, the deck was already black and I was curious as to why the Brazilian hardwood that was so carefully installed had turned black. This year, after complaining about it I finally was able to get to the bottom of it when a builder friend of mine mentioned that it was directly due to the Penofin that had been applied to the wood from 2003-2008 (the previous owner was told it was the best stuff for this type of hardwood).
Subsequent to this comment, I searched and found tons of people who have had the same experience... so we are not alone.
We decided to rid ourselves of this horrible oily black product and reached out to Benjamin Moore for help. We found that using their Remove product (full strength) and then applying the brightner/neutralizer we could start to get our deck back to what it should have been in the first place.
After buying 4 gallons of remove and a gallon of brightner/neutralizer and spending an entire day (I figure on the low end we spent $200 on material and another $2,000 on labor) just to get the deck ready for a stain/sealer that still needs to applied.
