Reliance Jio looks to be all set to give a Disney+ Hotstar Premium offer subscription to its users under a grand offer. However the telco has not stated an official announcement yet, it has said the offer will be available through an FAQ page on the website. In June, Jio had started providing an affordable Disney and Hotstar VIP subscription to the prepaid users with the following deals of Rs. 401, Rs. 612, Rs. 1,208, and Rs. 2,599 plans. Jio’s rival Airtel had also offered Disney+ Hotstar VIP subscriptions to certain selected prepaid plans.
The New Scenario of Jio and Hotstar
As per the questionnaire on page on the official Jio website, the telecom operator has been in the process of launching the Disney+ Hotstar Premium membership for their users. No details had been shared about the launch date. The development was first reported by several places including techcrunch. Reporters had reached out to Jio for information on the Disney+ Hotstar Premium topic and bonding and would later update this report when the company responded back.
Disney+ Hotstar Premium subscription is there for customers at Rs. 299 for a month only or Rs. 1,499 for a year only. This brings advantages including live sports, multiplex movies, and latest American shows and movies, Disney+ Originals, and a new and exclusive Hotstar Specials, and new Star serials before new TV releases. For customers looking for a cheaper option, then there is good news as new the Disney+ Hotstar VIP subscription is only priced at Rs. 399 per year and that doesn't include Disney+ Originals or American shows and movies but it offers all the remaining content that are provided to all the premium members.
