there is something so intrinsically holy or spiritual about pylons or powerlines to me. like we’re connected at a molecular and idealogical level to the point that me and the tower are one in the same. like that’s me. and that’s god. and that’s everything that ever was.

so real. I think there's a lot of artistic potential in the way the power grid has improved human life greatly and powers essential services like hospitals, but if you get too brazen around it, you die instantly. Kind of like how without the sun, we'd all be dead, but if you stare into the sun or expose yourself to its rays for too long, it causes grievous bodily harm. Something very higher-power-y about that
