Heyy, I'm Teddy, formerly known as Adorothe. I draw fanart and occasionally write some headcanons. I'm absolutely pro ship and I don't judge anyone for their preferences as long as no actual harm is done. So consider this a safe space. I'm also open for asks and requests.

This is not a place for discussing whether it is morally acceptable to ship certain fictional characters. You can have your opinions but that does not mean you have to voice them on my work. Should you do it nonetheless you will get blocked.

Cute summer sbcl concept, that´s been in my head for a while.

So, ciel is working hard and is pretty stressed out due to some company issues. He´s in his office most of the day even though summer has arrived and its very warm. Everyone´s a little worried, thinking he needs to takes breaks and go outside but being a little workaholic he doesn´t care for that.

So sebastian takes it upon himself to arrange a holiday for the both of them. He buys (or even builds) and furnishes a vacation home by the sea. It has a beautiful antique charm, a little garden, a stone pool and a patio looking onto the sea. There´s also a little beach nearby. It only takes him a few days, then Seb just packs their bags and anounces, that for his young masters health and sanity, he needs to take a holiday (or rather they need to take a holiday).

Of course ciel complains and admonished the demon for deciding something like that, but in the end he lets himself be swayed. And even though he´d never admit it he´s quite content with taking a holiday and even a little flattered that Sebastian cares this much about him.

So eventually, they take a carriage to the vacation house and spend a couple of very romantic days there.

Imagine if demon!ciel ever decides to let his hair grow out, Sebastian would take such good care of it. Washing his long, silken, blue-greyish strands, combing and braiding them in beautiful intricate ways, adorning his little lord's hair with flowers and silver accessories. The long hair suits his companion just as much as the shorter haircut, giving light to his more feminine features, which he finally dares to show without being afraid.

And Seb loves how Ciel finally allows himself to seem more soft and delicate around him. There's no need for him to be strong and unvavering and lordly all of the time, now that it's just the two of them.

sebastian is definitely the more affectionate one and ciel is more than a little tsundere about it at first but i just know that when ciel starts showing affection, it's tender as fuck. see: straightening sebastian's tie or smoothing his bangs when his appearance goes askew protecting him. a soft kiss pressed to sebastian's neck when he carries him. holding sebastian's face in his small hands, tracing every line of that impeccable face. and, of course, shyly praising sebastian for how good he makes him feel every time they're intimate.

some totally canon sebaciel things:

ciel unconsciously nuzzling into sebastian's hand while he adjusts his eyepatch.

sebastian's ungloved fingers lingering a moment too long while dressing ciel for the day.

ciel dozing off in sebastian's lap while riding in the carriage.

sebastian brushing kisses against ciel's shoulder and neck while ciel relaxes in the warm bath.

ciel sleepily leaning into sebastian's chest while sebastian helps him into his nightclothes.

sebastian getting into bed and pulling ciel into his arms without even being asked to.

I just started watching Black Butler (on episode 2) and I think I’m misunderstanding it because everyone I’ve seen treats it with such seriousness when from my perspective, this seems like a satire. Like the way Sebastian acts (seeming equally concerned about the pie and the kid who just got kidnapped, him running after the car, him catching the rats with his bare hands), to the accents of all the characters (this may be a dub thing though), to the Italian guy yelling MAMMA MIA at the end of the first episode, like this truly seems like a parody of a show I’ve only ever seen parodied (sort of like Ouran Highschool Host Club).

That is certainly an interesting way to look at it. I, myself never perceived it as something similar to a parody. I mean it has a lot of comedy as well as weird and silly scenes but the story and and most of the plot relevant scenes remain rather serious as well as kinda melancholic. At least that's the way I perceived them.

And about Sebastian's reaction: I think the way he is portrayed sometimes (as a little uncaring and annoyed) is supposed to remind the audience that he is a demon and that his emotions differ from those of humans. I also think he is often shown as cold and indifferent during the beginning of the season to contrast it with his behaviour at the end of season 1, to highlight how his feelings and priorities shift during the time he spends as Ciels butler. (hope that's not too much of a spoiler)

All in all, I think the silly and strange moments make it into a pretty versatile show (and I think that's actually a nice quality for a show to have). That's just my opinion though and I am also aware that it has quite a few flaws as well. Still I hope you'll give it a chance. Perhaps it will grow on you after a few more episodes.

Sebastian caresses ciels hand ever so slightly whenever he helps him in or out of a carriage or down some ill-lit stairs, enjoying every touch and being sort of reluctant to let go afterwards. Ciel is very aware of it and can't help but blush a little. He secretly loves how Sebastian always finds excuses for holding his hand.

While they are out in London, some woman tries to flirt with Sebastianand he immediatly points at his hand and says "I'm married." as if a ring was hiding under his glove but actually he's pointing at his contract seal and Ciel blushes so much when he notices

ciel who gets even more into cross dressing. being so ashamed but Sebastian notices the way he stares sometimes at how other ladies look. so he gets him small gifts like jewellery or cute sleepwear/loungewear and eventually gets to dresses. he only wears them when no one but Sebastian can see him. and it's something very intimate and trusting.

For the smoking room chapter I really hope yana includes a panel/cover featuring sebastian (or ciel) with a cigarette, while half a dozen hands with lighters are offering to light it.

What I like most about Sebaciel is the idea of a terrifying, powerful demon being gentle to a small, fragile though determined human and finding fulfillment in sweet, gentle love. Though without him becoming less dangerous. Not Sebastian being tamed but Sebastian enjoying a certain softness, a domestic life by the side of his beloved little human. He's still perfectly capable of and doesn't mind killing other people, he's not becoming more humane, nor less demonic. He's still a spawn of hell, capable of incredible and horrible feats. And at the same time, him finding the most joy in carefully holding Ciel, gently kissing Ciel, cuddling Ciel, just spending time with him in general, feeling fulfilled and happy with Ciel. Not Sebastian changing himself, not Ciel having illusions about him, but the combination of a most demonic beast and its gentleness that it chooses to treat its darling with.

Sebaciel medieval AU, where Ciel is the young king (whose family has been killed) and Sebastian is his loyal knight and demonic servant, who´s taking on some other duties as well. They go on missions together, Sebastian teaches Ciel history, literature, martial arts and royal code of conduct. He also cares for his masters general well-being and functions as his closest advisor. The two of them wear swords and Sebastian leads Ciel´s army into battle whenever the need arises. Of course he always returns victorious (having been in countless wars and battles, he mastered the art of warfare long ago). Ciel always awaits Sebastian's return in anticipation and bestows him with the highest honors, while later rewarding his servant in some other ways as well. Ciel´s soul is still promised to Sebastian, yet as they continue their unconventional relationship they grow more and more attached to one another. Eventually behind closed doors they regard each other as equals and basically rule the kingdom side by side.

bonus: Sebastian is still a shapeshifter and can turn into a dragon in order to protect Ciel.
