Today in 1999, I attended the Long Tall Weekend release party show at NYC's Irving Plaza two days before my 25th birthday 🙌

After the show ended, we received unexpected party favors in the form of an Emusic t-shirt and the coveted Long Tall Weekend CD 😲

Afterwards, I was outside the venue and somebody leaving asked if anyone wanted his VIP pass. I certainly did 😎

From the TMBG collection: When I posted my record collection, the one that was missing is my original issue Don't Let's Start 12" EP that is framed on my wall, displaying the back of the album.

The frame also holds four of my milestone ticket stubs: Show #100, Show #200, Birthday Show (#236) and Show #250 on the 25th anniversary of #1 🙌

From the TMBG collection: My "Malcolm In The Middle" rarities assemblage; 2001 soundtrack release party VIP pass and invitation autographed by Bryan Cranston, Frankie Muniz, Justin Berfield and Eric Per Sullivan, official Puma crew jacket and the actual They Might Be Giants action figures that were used in the production of the "Boss Of Me" music video 🙌

From the TMBG collection: My Hello CD of the Month Club complete set. I was not a subscriber during its run (1993-1996) but I did manage to collect everything in the proceeding years, mostly from eBay.

I also have the '85 Demo Tape reissue that the Club sent out as a bonus. No, I do not own an original Demo Tape 💔
