Hello ED Tumblr! After years have passed from initially making this account, I've made an amazing discovery while experiencing early adulthood. I lost so much weight doing M3TH. This 100% is not a joke. I lost 40 lbs smoking crystal everyday. It completely suppresses hunger so that even the fattest of fucks can loose weight and not crave any food! Why are you sitting there, watching Super-sized Vs. Super Skinny when you could get high as a kite and walk 4 miles straight. If Crystal M3TH is inaccessible, Adderall or Vivance does the trick. You'll also be super focused! Thank me later.

I had a job interview today, the date was set for half a month already and when I went in for the interview they cancelled and told me to reschedule. I'm so upset, I know shouldn't be so upset but I've been planning around this and now I have to reschedule, fill out a new application and all that. Aughhhhhh I'm so fucking annoyed
i binged yesterday. :/ kinda want to never eat again.
I don't even have a calorie range for the binge so idek what to do, I guess I'll do a 42 hour fast and then heavily restrict the next day. I feel like shit rn.

that you should not weigh yourself right after/day after intense working out. my weight is 50 kg, but today it was 54 kg, because i burned 1000 calories yesterday. it might be water or your muscles are sore. so please, tell it to your ed friend, so they don't have to freak out.

mom its not skipping a meal, on the internet we call it fasting
I also lifted a lot and did a lot of abs :)
update: I had to break my fast, the stomach pains were so bad they had my crying :( so I ate like half a banana. I guess it's okay, I just have to tell myself it's not going to effect my weight and it's nutrition my body needs but it's difficult. I'm going to the gym today too so I'll burn it off.
checked my scale, I lost another 1 or 2 kg :)
also worked hard at the gym, I burned 283 calories on the treadmill, did 100 inner thigh, 100 outer thigh, about 70 crunches (on a machine so it was easier) 85 jumping jacks and lifted 18kg weight ab 40 times :) Im also fasting today and tmr.💗💗💗
