half of the avengers wake up in an alternate plane of reality with everyone else in the universe that has died. its lush and green and there's 3.75 billion people expecting them to lead. tchalla steps up, scarlet witch bails and makes a couple of friends and keeps them safe, all of the guardians go rogue and help in their own way, doctor strange also goes rogue but doesnt help he just like....plots. bucky is like "sure" and helps tchalla since he's like the only person he trusts and sam signs up because he's just a moral guy like that. peter p is their lackey and also has a big fat crush on all three of them. nick fury and maria work with t'challa and co. but also are very much their own thing. obvs not everybody goes under their leadership but tchalla does a good job of locating former world leaders amongst their ranks and appointing them to smaller nations. in like a week there's a constitution and a whole-ass new world order. in this au a running joke is that t'challa is just Hyper-Competent. also this society is quasi-communist. he doesnt tell anyone theyre gonna be communist everyone just does what he tells them and then after like three months everyone's like "OH"
