Toothiana paused in her flight to glance at her wrists, eyes darting to look at the other’s in confirmation.  A thought struck her and she let out a squeal.

“Oh my goodness, do you have a Baby Tooth as well? Do you have a fleet of of mini-fairies? Will this mean twice the amount of teeth to collect, or just double the productivity?” Okay several thoughts, but this is Tooth we’re talking about.

Tooth matched her double's excitement with an eager nodding and enthusiastic jabbering. "I do have a Baby Tooth! You have mini-fairies too? All three million six hundred fifty-seven thousand, eight hundred and ninety-two of them? Oh my gosh, there can't be twice the amount of teeth; I can't handle it!" A high-pitched hysterical shriek of delight escaped her lips before she clamped her mouth shut with her hands. Slow, soft mutterings to herself about keeping it together and not disgracing the uniform.

"Oh, but double the productivity is good. Very, very good."

"Tooth! Long time no see!" The guardian waved with her staff as she floated into the palace.

Tooth completed the double checking of the teeth brought in by the European division as she turned to the voice calling out to her.

"Jack?" The automatic bright smile was slowly replaced with a puzzled look. "You're like...me! But not feathery and still like you, but also shaped like me!" She circled her a few times. "I was sure you were always a boy..."

"What can I say, you've inspired me to take up being on the field again." She greeted Jack with a friendly smile of her own. "Plus with everything that's happened here last Easter, I found myself kind of attached to this town."

Tooth flitted up to the newest Guardian, brushing freshly fallen snow off her shoulder. "Please. I used to cover Russia every fortnight."

Tooth twirled around, trying to keep up with her double's encirclement as hr eyes dart up and down to examine her as well. A tiny excited gasp came. "You even have my pretty golden feathers on your wrists! I mean my wrists! I mean ours!"
