Okay guys. I know Tumblr has helped others find things they have lost, so I am going to give it a shot.
I attended Youmacon 2013 with my girlfriend of 4+ years this past weekend. This was our first Youmacon.
A lot of things seemed to go wrong, and the weekend was very stressful for us for whatever reason. On Sunday, when we were moving our stuff to the car after checkout (At the Marriott COURTYARD) we realized that her Charmander plush had fallen on the ground somewhere on the way to the car.
I gave this Charmander to her two years ago for her birthday because she missed the one she had grown up with that is now gone. This Charmander developed into a comfort item for her, and has helped with her Anxiety Disorder.
She is absolutely HEARTBROKEN, and literally spent the ENTIRE day Sunday, weeping as she ran all over the convention center looking for it and asking people if they had seen it.
I would pay money to have this get back to her. It hurts to see her like this. Please, if you found this or know anyone who acquired one of these recently, PLEASE tell them about this so that maybe we can find whoever picked it up! I would pay for all the shipping and whatnot to have it returned. It looks like one one pictured here. It’s somewhere around 10”-15” tall with a pinkish colored fire on the tail.
Even if you do not have any info, or if you didn’t go to youma, PLEASE spread this around! Anything helps!
