Back to characters with today's post. Here's Edgar, a mortician, and the previous two paintings are of the funeral home he works at. Did you guess correctly? Each chapter of the game will have at least one such full illustration (usually watercolor) aside from the regular sprites. The exception is the intro chapter, which has four big illustrations, one for each of the main characters you'll be interacting with.

The first background I painted for Stained, the view of Viridian city. The original picture is done with watercolors in my a4 book, and there exist 3 versions: morning/day, dusk (this one), and night. The full painting fits the 16:9 dimensions.
