Diary of a scorpion

A scorpion wanted to cross a river, and begged a frog to carry him on his back. -Let you get on my back? Replied the frog. Do not even think about it. I know if I let you on my back you will sting and kill me. -Don't be silly, replied the scorpion. Can you not see that if I sting, I will roll to the bottom of the river too? Both animals chatted for quite a while and in the end the frog agreed to help the scorpion to cross the river. The scorpion hooked on to the slippery back and began the journey. When they reached the middle of the big river, where it opened into an abyss, the scorpion suddenly stung the frog. He felt the deadly poison spreading in the body and as he sank, he dragged the scorpion with him. Shortly before the end, he cried out: -See? There I told you, what do you have to say now that you are losing yourself with me? -Nothing replied the scorpion before sinking into the turquoise waters. This is my nature! Where does your nature lay?
