Roman bathtub replacement

We recently had to remove and replace a master bathroom Roman bathtub that was cracked. The problem was that it was tiled in and trapped under wall tile. We had to remove the tiles and find an exact match in order to avoid redoing all the tie which connected to the walk in shower.  

Bathtubs are either made of fiberglass or cast Iron and the prior can crack over time due to defects or improper installation.

Granite countertops are quarried directly from the earth as a single chunk. These counters are all natural stone that have been taken out as large blocks that can be later cut into individual slabs.

Commercial remodeling

We recently completed a few commercial remodeling projects. 

This store was a cosmetic remodel, we salvaged the flooring, the majority of the millworks, and the overall layout of the store stayed the same. 

Typically we will demo (gut) the entire old store and start over but this space was in really good shape and the owner & design team decided to utilize the existing elements and design.

Kids store!

This was a fun job! Bright colors, playful elements and kids toys! 

We were able to put this store together and get the kiddos a new attraction in this resort! 

Its rare that we get to build out a retail space that's this much fun! Most TI's (tenant improvments) are your typical, clean, modern and professional retial space, but this one made us feel like kids again! Especially once they stocked all the merchandise!

Latest kitchen remodel

We are in the final phase of this stunning kitchen remodel. This was a full tear down and rebuild. We were able to work alongside these Fallbrook homeowners as they remodeled the entire kitchen. All the old appliances were removed, counters & cabinets demolished, plumbing re-worked to accommodate two sinks, extensive electrical wiring for modern conveniences, led strip lighting, dimmers new outlets, vintage lumber accents, tile work, custom hood ventilation, and cabinets!

The end results speak for themselves!

Fireplace face lift

Fireplaces are great, he warmth of the crackling fire, the cracking old veneer that's falling off? Maybe your fireplace is looking terrible and could use a facelift? Giving your old fireplace a new look is a relatively cheap home improvement that gives you a lot of bang for your buck!
