I’ve had this ask in my inbox for a while now and I genuinely didn’t know what the context for it was so I stole it for a warmup.
You say that like he isn’t shredded already. He’s built for endurance and speed like an Olympic swimmer rather then a weightlifter but this old man is ripped I tell you.

“Whoa, Oscar, are you okay?!” Adam asked immediately of the young man, ready to act, but giving the farm boy his space on this matter. He hadn’t a clue what the new wizard was suffering through. He was… well, mainly just Oz’s attack dog, to be real.
Kyra cautiously watched the young man deal with the pain, not knowing how to act with something that was obviously mental. It… reminded her of the memory flashes she’d get from the old Spring Maiden. Memories… experiences… but she could never imagine what Oscar gets. Spring never spoke to her, it didn’t work that way.
Oscars eyes were shut, almost as if he was pained. But then he . . . suddenly relaxed. The young boy slowly stood, as. . Ozpin’s voice rang out. His hazel eyes were suddenly a gentle amber, as if the young boy already had knowledge of the world at his grasp.
“Kyra, Adam-- This is the only chance I can get to speak to you. Since you know. . After all. . .”

“…Scared of you? …No, son, I’m scared of who’s inside your head”. Adam gave a gesture point to Oscar’s brain, before continuing: “The old man could just of easily handed me my ass while giving an hour long rant of how I’m probably going to be the worst person you’ve ever met. But he chose not to. That… is true power”.
Kyra politely enters the conversation again, replying to Oscar’s last statement.
“Anyhow… we hear what you’re saying. You much rather have anonymity than be infamous at the get go. Understandable, and we’ll be sure to honor your wish for such. I’ll be sure to pass it along of how you want to handle this”. She gave a nod.
He sighed softly. Of course, the man behind the literal curtian-- Professor Ozpin, a grand Hunter in his day that had so many secrets it made Oscar’s head spin in confusion. Little farmer boy gave a sigh, as he spoke.
“Considering. . What I barely know of the enemies. .They’d stop at nothing to make sure the Maidens and the Wizard are dead.” Oscar replied bluntly, gloved hands moving to fiddle with his pants a bit as he grew thoughtful. “Consider it like this. You’re fighting someone that has no idea who, or what you are.. Or that you even exist. You could sneak up on them, and strike that way. A unknown possibility that..”
Gods, his head ached for some reason. A hand brushed through his hair as he powered through it.
“ . . That could help stop them. Ozpin told me . . Always to keep a secret. So I thought. . Why not keep myself a secret? . . I already ran into one of his old . . enemies, I guess? . .”
The dull pain powered through again, as he grips his hair.
“Ngh..!”
‘ Now you know why I usually told Glynda the important secrets.’
“ . . . .”
“ Because Qrow couldn’t keep her mouth shut? . . Why couldn’t Adam or Qrow know?”
‘ As it was with Adam’s birthright, he was raised to be a common weapon within his family. Considering that, the poor man yearns to fight, constantly..’
“ . . And he was a horrid man, years ago.”
‘ Until someone saved him from that life, yes.’
“ And yet. . Qrow. .”
‘ Qrow was a member of a clan called the Branwens. Her ability to shapeshift. . Just makes her a spy, simply speaking. I was hoping she’d keep this secret..’
“ . . Old drunk blabbed it though.”
‘And that’s why some secrets were never said to her.’
“Wow, sarcasm. That’s so original. I bet Oz didn’t even have to help you with that one, huh kid?” Yup, Ozpin knew how to pick em’, or… if there was any choice at all. If anything, Blake helped prepare him for sassy youngesters.
“Yup… saviors of Remnant right here. I can feel the heroism just oozing from this conversation alone, guys”. Kyra gave a deadpan musing, this was it alright.
“Great to meet you, Oscar, Oz ain’t lying about us”. Adam gave a firm handshake to the lad, then Kyra gave a professional one to the new wizard.
“ . . . “
So this was what Ozpin meant by ‘Constant headaches.’ Oscar gently sighed, before his brow twitched, and he spoke with ease.
“I wasn’t trying to be sarcastic! You’re taking my words out of context!”
“ I was sayin’ it’s a bit weird you’re frightened of me! Like, shoot, I barely started in on this and apparently people already have been talking about me.”
Oscar rubbed the back of his head, a gentle sigh breaking from him
“.. . . What I got into, or was forced into, is a dangerous business. I rather go undetected instead of having people talk about it. The less they know about it, the better our chances are.And the more its talked about, the more they know. Next time ‘ya see that woman, tell her to learn to keep a secret!”
