So out of curiousity I tried looking up the original Psychonauts site using wayback machine, and there are quite a few character blurbs on it ! Not for all the characters, unfortunately, but one is very exciting to me:

Now we know for a fact why he was incarcerated! That would explain the mugshots on the E3 booth. :P

I’d definitely like to complete my HQ screenshot series of the minds! Knowing that you’d be interested in one of Milkman Conspiracy, I’ll do my best to revisit that series and make some new posts. Here are some shots of the Psychonauts 2 E3 booth, courtesy of the official Double Fine twitter and their Discord server.

Visitors to the booth were given special Psychonauts 2 toothbrushes to prepare them for a tooth-filled journey into Loboto’s mind.

Standby Line poster signed by Dr. Loboto himself.

Another exterior shot, showing some interesting figment-like illustrations (is that Loboto’s mugshot?) and a psycho-portal door.

New concept art for another level in Psychonauts 2, shown in the E3 Coliseum Day 2 stream.

The level apparently involves Raz finding a brain in a jar that hasn’t had any external stimuli for 20 years.

The brain is voiced by Jack Black.

Raz finds the brain a brainless body for it to enter, which causes the brain to be overwhelmed with sensory stimulation, which leads to a level of psychedelic, sensory-based imagery.

And Jack Black’s character sings a song in it, too.
