So at my job we recently get to switch shifts and change teams every six months. I was able to because of my productivity, and my work ethic, I was able to get the hours that I wanted . however, I am stuck on the same team with the same manager. she will not let me go , she had a choice. think she really wants to make my life miserable at this job. I’m starting to think that she it makes her happy to mess with me and to get rid of people. I know we have lost at least 4 people that are so called, “ not coming back” as she mentioned in a meeting. I love the company and I am thinking of going to the new boss above her to ask if I can be transferred to a new team. I will have to see how this goes. Back soon with an update.

Today’s diary bad boss

So I noticed lately the boss has been nicer to me because as many times as she’s tried to make me fail by giving me access work throwing curveballs my way, pinging me on a message when she felt like I was not on some thing fast enough. I have been receiving the most Positive feedback. I don’t know how to say it but my work has been impeccable on all points. I’m a second fastest on the team so the more she tries to hurt me and bring me down the harder I work at proving this should be business and not personal. I notice she documents every time we have a one on one meeting each week. She is trying to build a case to hopefully be able to get me fired. She is waiting for a fuck up. she is putting a lot of an effort to stack up whatever she can against me because she simply doesn’t like me …..more to come.

Bad boss chronicals……

it had been a few weeks since I you wrote about the bad boss that I am dealing with right now. No she’s just purposely messing with me taking me off of one job I’m doing and putting me on another position. That’s what they mean when they say women are too emotional to be in upper management positions? because I feel like she is taking something personally with me and now taking it to the level that she’s acting out on her feelings. Is it me or should feelings be out of the equation when at work anyhow that’s all

So finally felt like continuing with the rest did this supervisors rude comment. Instead of holding a grudge, because as you can imagine I was feeling some kind of way. I talked to her and loved on in my head. The next meeting she says something like, “ when I am here as if I take off a lot” . ????? I. All of our 1:1 she always says how I am reliable and always at work.

This supervisor is so unprofessional and needs some counseling. I am not sure how to proceed. Or I can do my time until rotation comes around in April. #unpro

At work chronicles

I really don’t know what made me want to express here but here goes …( not even sure this is the forum for this kind of stuff)

So I am working I started working a job in Customer Service to earn some extra money for a little while now. I have had a few supervisors since we change schedule every 6 months. So We also change sups. One day at our first meeting (Karen new sup) says to. Me that, I use certain allotted time like a crackhead. I paused and looked at her surprised and with her arrogance never noticed that this was offensive.

After the meeting I kept thinking, when there would be a time when these words would be acceptable. It could not be meth head or cocaine head, nope she said crack head to me. Now I hate to take it where I am going but, I am a woman of color and their boss is from another area with very little exposure to other cultures. Since Covid happened and most companies moved to national hiring and started working from home opportunities.
