I'm sorry if I took a while to post it, I'm really nervous, what with it being my first post on ao3 and all lollll and I really wanted it to be a GOOD work so that I could be confident giving it as a gift !!! :)) This event was really sweet and I found it really funny to be one of 9 writers with FIFTY-SEVEN artists on the other end 😭 ALL the works I've seen from the even have been so beautiful thank you to @tennaexchange (cheririm) for organising this whole thing <333

It's TV Time!!!!

Gift for @caroles_knight over on Insta as a part of the Mr. Tenna's Marvelous Mystery Exchange!!

This was my first time ever participating in a secret santa, so i was low-key nervous but caroles_knight had some wonderful ideas on their wish list and the moment I saw cowboy Tenna, I KNEW I had to bring him into reality :Dc

This is both the biggest and most detailed felting project I have ever attempted and I don't know if i'll ever do one this big again (maybe i will, just not with the 2 month time crunch haha). BUT ☝️ i am super proud of how he came out!!!! He is 23cm (9 in) of rootin' tootin' full blooded cowboy ready to lasso your heart caroles_knight <3

I will make a post about my whole process (i remembered to take pictures yay) because a lot went into making him and i always enjoy looking at the bts of other people's work :)

Prompt: ➤ Assassination attempt: Tenna's sick of Spamtons shit and decides to finish the job. Bonus points for Tenna using the goofiest overkill weapons ever, ie flamethrower, bazooka, explosives, pipis cannon idfk. Spamton is invincible though, he's fine, he's chillin.

All your prompts were so good, I had a hard time picking which one to draw! I originally planned on drawing multiple, but school and work had other ideas lol. I might make art of them at a later date, and I can ping you when I do if you like!

More of my thoughts and art process under the cut !

They requested for Tenna to dream of something space related, or anything space related really, and i became so hype about it i conjured up a whole comic in my head in addition to my main gift (the colored first pic which also happens to be the first panel of the comic!) though for now only the first 3 pages will be shared as the rest of the comic isnt quite fully done yet but expect more to come ;3

This little project gave me the chance to go down a rabbit hole of old classics of TV regarding science fiction and space themed movies <3 I thought the occasion was offering itself. I am quite a fan of the old style of movies and the ambiance it gives (more drastic shadows, different use of light from back then etc), which i tried to imitate with my colors. A small honor to star trek had to be done, considering old CRT TV and classics of TV space, which was also incredibly nostalgic for me, remembering my dad watching the series during my childhood. Though the comic makes reference to the original star trek series!
