Chronic illness sucks because you’ll catch yourself thinking shit like ‘I wish it was possible to bathe regularly’ or ‘they should invent a digestive system that doesn’t hurt’ and then realise… that’s actually the case for most people. That’s the norm. Not only do most people have that, they don’t even think about it

one of the best things that can happen to you as a fic writer, especially if you are somehwat inconsistent in some aspects, is attracting a couple of regular readers. just some people who will read pretty much anything you write because they enjoy your writing in general or trust your vision or whatever reason they might have really lol it's nice to have like 3 people who will read it and will leave kudos and maybe even a comment! like of course write for yourself first and foremost forever and always, but that's about the work's content – you dont have to appease to other people's tastes and expectatons, HOWEVER having your work percieved is also important!
