if konan gets her arm torn off, as in she didn’t disperse it as paper and actually got it torn off, could she replace it?

it depends whether she has the paper angel technique active or not, as we can see from these panels:

so, what is the paper angel technique? it’s basically konan’s ability to transform her entire body ( organs, limbs, everything ) into paper using her chakra. this ability is actually pretty badass, because it can be used in so many different ways for many different purposes. either way, when the paper angel technique is active, konan’s pretty much unbeatable. we’ve never seen her bleed while using the technique, and she can regenerate her limbs quite easily, as we see her doing during her fight with obito.

half her body is missing but despite that, she still manages to regenerate her limbs. admittedly, her face takes longer, because her chakra supply is low. but even if she doesn’t disperse into paper prior to an attack, konan is made out of paper, so having her limb torn off wouldn’t matter because she can regenerate it. as the wikia states: “ her paper seems to be expendable, including paper converted from parts of her body. ”

now, if the technique isn’t active, that means trouble for konan, we see that once it wears off, konan can and does get hurt:

but say she does get her actual real arm ripped, once she applies her paper technique, she would be able to recreate an arm ( just like a paper clone, except it’s just the arm or like her angel wings ), but she wouldn’t be able to regenerate it, so yeah, she’d still be missing an arm but she’d use her paper to create something like a prosthetic.
