I startet what was going to be an apocalyptic snowy owls meet Dan and Phil fanfiction, buuut then I wasn’t motivated to finish it so here ya go.
It was an average Saturday afternoon. The snowy owos were sitting in Hannah’s garden, warming their hands on some hot tea, complaining, why the hell there wasn’t any snow yet and ranting about a misterious guy named Mark. And then, something very unexpected happened.
You might want to know, that Hannah had chickens. Six of them. And even though she was known as the crazy chicken lady, it was actually her mom’s fault, but let’s not get too deep into that. (childhood trauma people)
Anyways, this very unexpected occurrence were Dan Howell and Phil Lester, the friend’s idols, the fandom they had bantered over, walking across Hannah’s freshly mowed lawn, waving. They came to a stop, excused themselves like polite British bois do and asked for the way to the nearest trainstation. They smiled and waited… And waited… And waited. The friends were unable to talk, their Jaws had almost dropped to the ground, and they just stared at the boys in aw.
The first one who managed to pull herself together was Camilla, who admiddetly sometimes seemed like the only sane one in the group. After a shaky breath she began to talk, but what she actually wanted to say, we will never know.
Because in this exact moment, the chickens went insane. Berta, the leader of the group, ran up to Hannah, whose fish once ate her brother’s fish, the rest not far after her, flying up and trying to pick at her face. Their eyes were the colour of Shrek’s Swamp, and there was some radioactive looking foam coming out of their mouths. “God damnit!”, Frankie thought. “I shouldn’t have given them the leftover food from Subway! But they had free WiFi, so it was totally worth it.”
She quickly changed her opinion, as all the chickens started to attack Dan and Phil. The friends panicked, as the lifes of their favorite youtubers were in their hands. L and Vee were shouting at Wilhelmina and Kylo Hen, trying desperately to stop them from picking at Dan and Phil’s noses, but the insane birds didn’t even listen to their godparents.
And then, as the savior of all, Renee and Yaz came running around the corner, clasping a water hose in their hands, spraying at the chickens until their were pushed into a corner.
this has made me frighteningly aware of the fact that someone in your group ACTUALLY owns these chickens, and the personality blend in your tent terrifies me. congrats on insanity
