Can we know more of Valor!Blanche? I've been curious for so long, it can be general, maybe even how they ended up with Moltres and Candela with Zapdos? It's ok if you don't want to.

Spark’s never met Zapdos as a child (hence Zapdos is even more bitter about humanity in general) and ends up going into the military like his uncle.

Moltres still kills Lucifel (Candela’s eldest brother) and Candela hunts Zapdos for a bond so she can kill Moltres.

Blanche is still trained for Articuno, but with Candela defecting, they end up making the bond.

Candela ends up being so consumed by hate and turns into such a horrible person that Go, the vice leader of Instinct, leaves the Go project completely when the other leaders refuse to break her bond.

I think we like Carl, coined with Spark, because there's tragedy in his/their story. They cared for each other and now there's a rift that can't seem to be mended. And who here isn't a sucker for some angsty 'should/could have been lovers' stuff? Don't you want them, just a little bit, to be happy?

You know that one last invincible summer you had, before you became an adult? Before you had bills and responsibilities, when all you cared about was how long it took for school to let out and feeling a bit too old for Saturday morning cartoons but watching them anyway? That one summer that was all playing games in the morning and convenience store food in the afternoon and cicadas at night?

And then one day you wake up, and you know you won’t have anything like it anymore with a pang of heartache so sharp it cuts into you the shape of all the possibilities you will never see come true. 

But you have to move on because everyone else does. You look back and you pretend it doesn’t hurt in the hopes one day it wouldn’t.
