Trump remains under fire for his undeniable attraction to beautiful women. Over the weekend, another woman unveils sexual assault claims against the GOP nominee. The growing list of alleged assault victims also include former beauty queens and journalists.Â
As far as the 2005 leaked tape goes, Trump regrets his actions saying, “Anyone who knows me knows these words don’t reflect who I am.” But, he has an entirely different response to Natasha Stoynoff’s allegations that Trump forced himself on her during an interview that same year.
People Magazine journalist Stoynoff came forward: “Talk is talk. But it wasn’t just talk in my case, it was very much action. And, just for the record, Mr. Trump, I did not consent.”Â
Mr. Trump told People, “This never happened. There is no merit or veracity to this fabricated story.”
As professional and influential women, we take our crafts seriously and fear that men, especially, might downplay our worth. This fear is a real encounter for so many women just looked at as beautiful, brainless objects.Â
Solution! Adjust perception to change behavior. Beauty is just one quality, instead value her contributions to society. This belief system fosters healthier and happier interactions and relationships.
Trump has yet another controversial mess he has to downplay less than 30 days before Election Day.Â
Time to watch the presumed playboy get his act together. Will Trump’s charm and business savvy get him the vote that matters most to him?Â

OBSESSED
When you can’t get something off your mind, it’s usually best to pursue that obsession.
And, I mean any obsession. I’m talking to the weight-obsessed, hopeless romantic, starving artist, anxious entrepreneur, even scorned individuals. You must confront your desires whether intended for good or evil by being honest with yourself first. Then, use these coping techniques to relieve the anxiety and oftentimes stress that comes with being obsessed:
1. Seek Advice
Seek advice from those who have been there and done that. Remember though you are a unique individual, your circumstance is likely not in a world of 7 billion people.
Let’s address the unhealthy obsession I mentioned earlier. If fulfilling your desires involves harming others, seek professional help immediately. Acting out such an obsession could be disastrous, yielding unnecessary consequences. Though you may feel alone. You are not alone. Someone is always a phone call away. Google mental health helpline services. Join a community group for support.Â
Health is Everything
On the health side of things, I personally know the struggle of extreme dieting. If you’ve been wanting to lose weight for years and gain muscle, I suggest exercising to relieve stress and eating whole foods multiple times daily to lower cortisol (stress hormone) in the stomach. A strong mind and body does wonders for your ability to cope, and cope well with mental battles.
2. Operate in Confidence
Obsession causes you to withdraw, sometimes becoming anti-social or the complete opposite: demanding and overbearing. Either behaviors stem from insecurities, or could even be a disorder. Mind coach Beth Main tells ADDitude magazine,“What you resist persists. The more you try to ignore these thoughts, the more persistent they become. Like many things related to ADD/ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder).”
Build confidence in yourself through daily affirmations to lighten affects of ADHD. And, if your obsessive thoughts are unrelated to medical, you have the power to remove inhibitions through repetition. Write the answer(s) to this statement and repeat aloud daily.

I am a successful ____________. No one can build you up like you can. Positive self-esteem exudes confidence and lessens worry and stress.
It’s perfectly fine to desire something so greatly that you lose sleep at times. In fact, it’s normal. But, in everything you do, take a balanced approach and reap rewards! Don’t think about when, just know it’s coming because life is not a destination, it’s a journey. So, keep going because time is on your side to explore healthy obsessions!

Smiling hard hurts, but feels oh so good
You gotta admit, smiling puts you in a better mood. You also instantly appear more attractive. Those around you feel the energy and likely smile right back.Â
Smiling is contagious. Has a stranger smiled at you and you suddenly smiled back, not even thinking about it?

Adrienne Woods, a Ph.D psychology student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, calls this reaction “sensorimotor simulation.” She tells the Huffington Post, “When you see a facial expression and you want to know what it means, you recreate that expression in your brain.”
Wood reminds people that “Emotion recognition is one of our fundamental social tasks. But it’s not easy for everyone — people with certain developmental or neurological disorders show reduced social functioning and emotion recognition abilities.”
It’s important to remember that just because someone isn’t outwardly displaying positive feelings, does not mean they are unhappy. A medical condition could be an underlying cause of lack of emotion.Â
If you can, smile whenever possible. Research proves a smile has amazing health effects on the body. When you want to decrease stress, lower blood pressure and boost your mood, just smile and do it more often.
Go ahead and brighten someone’s day with a genuine smile. You may not even be talking to them at the moment. But, remember someone’s always watching. So, respond positively to others, and encounter mutual feelings of happiness. Â

Feeling down? Feeling & looking like a hot mess? Don’t worry. This is how you bounce back, feel better & look amazing!
1. Speak highly of yourself when talking to other people. Talk about your strengths and goals. Others will see you in a greater light, which boosts self-esteem. That inner happiness will show outwardly.
2. Feed your mental with pleasantness. Surround yourself with like-minded people. Live in aesthetic and productive environments. Since you know you can do better, just do it and you’ll keep your spirit high.
3. Look the part. Even if you’re feeling down, a quick mood enhancer is putting on a hot outfit, make-up, perfume or cologne for the gentlemen.
4. Stay productive. You gotta keep moving. A dormant mind is a dangerous place to be. Continuously make progress toward goals to have something to look forward to, automatically giving you a steady does of dopamine.
Work on being a happier you each day. Your overall well-being depends on your ability to be positive and productive, which is breeding ground for the best version of yourself. You’re a masterpiece.

You got 10 minutes?Â
Everyday cravings can be halted in a few different ways. Do any of the following to stick to your healthy diet, and before you know it, time will have slipped away. Slide past unwanted calories and head-hunger by using 10-minute increments to curb hunger.Â
1. Drink a glass of water or a few. Water helps you feel fuller longer. So, drink up! One glass before every meal usually does the trick.Â
2. Start cleaning up. Hop on that job or school assignment you’ve been procrastinating way too long. These tasks typically take more than 10 minutes to complete.Â

3. Become social instantly. Jump on the phone, IM, talk to anyone to distract you from reaching for that piece of cake or ordering takeout. Â
4. If you absolutely must eat outside your meal time, opt for a small piece of fruit if you’re craving sweetness or a few unsalted nuts for a bitter snack.

What will you be known for? According to reports, Omar Mateen pledged to ISIS prior to becoming the shooter behind America’s biggest massacre.
The 29-year-old unloaded automatic weapons in a gay club in Port St. Lucie, Florida on Sunday.
50 people died, and 53 people were hospitalized. Authorities believe the death toll will rise. Omar was killed in a shootout with the SWAT police. He was an armed security officer in Florida.
Family members say Omar recently saw two men kissing before committing the domestic terror attack. His ex-wife tells reporters he was “mentally unstable.”
Well, there you have it! Omar gets his fame in making U.S. history by taking away lives. The mind is a powerful playground.
I implore you to use your mind to carry out lethal acts of kindness. Change the world for the better. You have something the world needs to see. Make people feel it by helping them overcome obstacles and achieve success.
Do something with these thoughts of greatness that keep you up at night. It’s your time to leave your imprint on the world while you’re breathing and when you’re long gone.
Take this moment to write down what your legacy will be, and see it through to the end.
