Ok so my roommate doesnt have a blog because theyre a loser, but they are a hot loser. So I feel comfortable talking about them here. THEY ARE SO FUCKIN FINE ITS UNFAIR! Theyre a Apococratic Tomes major meaning they do like... really scary really strong magic, they dress like a heavy metal musician who works in a library, they have the fluffiest hair and everything they see me they forget my name.

So I'm from Wakefield, specifically im from Oakstown right outside of Southampton. My parents are super religious, i spent most of my time just hanging out in the woods by myself, so believe me when I say I was so shocked by just how big Amity City is. What do you mean theres 7 different art museums and a countless number of art galleries? My highschool only had an intro to drawing course???

Ok so when a magician goes to sleep they reawaken in the Waking which is like… a dimension where all magic comes from because its made entirely of whats possible and all that jazz. Some magicians sleep with guns on their person because in the Waking magic doesnt actually work and there are demons and junk that want to eat your magic. Some magicians use the extra time to study by falling asleep with their books, some use it to explore. The weirdest part is like… No one has a face in the Waking, its like they have every face. If you bump into someone its likely their real body is 900 miles away, if you see a friend its unlikely youll recognize them. Its a crazy place you know.

The people who use that time to study get WAY better at magic because theyre pretty much nonstop learning. However the real shitty part is that your body doesnt actually rest while youre in the Waking so most Magicians are always super tired. Some people try not to sleep ever so they dont risk getting hurt but that really doesnt achieve anything because youre still dog tired all the time.

All this to say: PARTY WHEREVER I AM IN THE WAKING TONIGHT! Im falling asleep with a keg and like 12 flasks! Lets get lit girlies!!!

So Im registering for classes for next semester and just wanted to post about some silly ones. Of course I have to take Magical Ethics this semester as we do every semester but Im just now realizing that half of the classes I can take are actually crazy:

Modern Occult: The humans understanding of magic and how to use that against them Psuedo-Deities: those like... weird creatures in the waking that some people think are gods? yeah that Magical Geology: study of magic rocks Magical Geography: study of magical spaces Finance and Spell casting: how to use magic to make money without raising suspicion (if you are worried about that you should just learn Emotimancy and erase peoples minds obvi) Magician gender studies: I have it on good authority that this is just a normal gender studies class Magicians Secrets: I have no clue what that means Supernatural Creatures: studying like... vampires and other mythological concepts to like... understand ourselves better or something? Famous Magicians: Magicians who are famous in human history Ethics of Emotion Magic: Its about like... the ethics of using magic to make yourself prettier and wiping memories. Obviously its unethical, and having to care is kinda old hat Magic as a Human: How to blend in to the human world and use magic (see Emotimancy defence) Ascentionism: How to become a god of magic (which only like one person has ever done) Firearms Training: since you cant use magic in the waking a lot of people sleep with WEAPONS on their person so that they can go in armed... Those people are crazy
