Used to climb into the cabinet under my sink to lay on the towels
Very aquaphobic but loved climbing into bathtubs to lick water
Tended to scoop toys under his belly and sit on them like a dragon
Had to shake his paws before and after drinking
Would stick his back legs out really far when laying down. They looked like chicken legs 🍗
Was always finding new places to jump to so he could hang out (top of the grandfather clock, fake greenery, etc)
Had to sit up everytime the AC ran to smell whatever smells it piped to him
Would raise his hind leg when he wanted a belly rub to trap your arm
Knew his way around the house even after going unexpectedly blind
Jumped into my backpacks so I wouldn't leave him in elementary
Later fixated on my shoes to keep me home
Love bit my dad on the butt when we first got him
Before catnip started making him sick, it made him lick everything
He would go to a specific bath mat to calm down after catnip zoomies
Would randomly attack furniture bc of zoomies until he went blind at 18
Very dramatic
Could become 4x heavier when cuddled
Climbed onto the counter to eat food set there or to drink water used to clean produce
Milk fiend who wanted your ice cream, milk, and cheese
Midly afraid of our landline's ringing
Loved getting into closets to get fur all over our clothes
Insisted that he was a small boy who could fit onto chairs with you (often had to be supported)
Loved chasing water drops from the outside of our enclosed glass shower
Extremely vocal
Would cuddle with plush animals, from Perry the Platypus to Teddy Bears
Peanut pose: loaf but with his neck stretched out
Would climb into a mattress at my grandpa's house & refuse to come out
Never bit me
Chewed reusable grocery bags and my mattress
