“The greatest trick the devil has ever pulled was convincing the world (through superstition/religion) that he exists independently of the human mind.” -Anon I mus (Spiritually Anonymous)
The devil is nothing more than an allegory (not a literal interpretation) that was used to describe our unobserved and untamed ‘ego’ (lower, carnal mind). Hell is an ancient metaphor to describe the feeling of being trapped within lower states of consciousness (the illusory, thought-created construct of our fear, hate, superiority, domination, paranoia, greed, guilt, hedonism, limitation, scarcity and disconnectedness).

“Nature loves courage. You make the commitment and nature will respond to that commitment by removing impossible obstacles. Dream the impossible dream and the world will not grind you under, it will lift you up. This is the trick. This is what all these teachers and philosophers who really counted, who really touched the alchemical gold, this is what they understood. This is the shamanic dance in the waterfall. This is how magic is done. By hurling yourself into the abyss and discovering it’s a feather bed.”

“When we are upset, it’s easy to blame others. However, the true cause of our feelings is within us. For example, imagine yourself as a glass of water. Now, imagine past negative experiences as sediment at the bottom of your glass. Next, think of others as spoons. When one stirs, the sediment clouds your water. It may appear that the spoon caused the water to cloud – but if there were no sediment, the water would remain clear no matter what. The key, then, is to identify our sediment and actively work to remove it.” -Josei Toda

“Our unobserved ego is a mind virus that keeps us invested in the consensus reality of fear, control and servitude. Learning to cultivate spiritual awareness is a true act of self-love that will help us to get in touch with our inner power. We must neutralize our egoic programming and live in presence. By staying grounded in present-moment-awareness, we free ourselves from the artificially induced, hypnotic trance of the Ego-Matrix (ruled by narcissism, consumerism, status quo, competition, materialism, division, racism, tribalism and social conformity).”

How do psychic abilities work?
🌞I get this question a lot. A lot of people don’t know they have psychic abilities because they think everyone is sensitive to their surroundings.
👽Psychic abilities are most likely linked to the pineal gland in the brain. It produces a molecule called DMT. This is known to be a highly spiritual substance. The pineal gland is attached to our visual cortex and even has cones like an eye. The nerve connects to the middle of your eyebrows, and this is often referred to in ancient yoga as the third eye.
🧘🏿♀️Everyone has different abilities and slightly different experiences, because we simply can’t comprehend other dimensions. We can only see 0.003% of light on the electromagnetic spectrum. This is because we have only what we need to survive.
🦋We all interpret information in a way that the other entity we cannot see views as the most accurate explanation for our dimension. Since our brains cannot comprehend their dimension, we see pictures, hear words, see repeating numbers, get automatic thoughts, or have something paranormal happen around you. It is believed that since animals like dogs and cats can see more of the electromagnetic spectrum, they can see or sense spirits more easily than we can.
🐣 In a nutshell, this is why psychics get different information with similar context. It is because the spirit is trying to relay the message as clearly as it can for our earthly limited interpretation. That’s why psychic readings are so hard. There’s a lot of energy and exchange and logic going on.

HEAVEN ON EARTH MARKS THE END OF ‘EGO SUPREMACY’
“The real cause of human suffering lies in the lack of education (social awareness) about the ‘ego’ and how it controls our perception (without being detected).” -Anon I mus (Spiritually Anonymous)
THE EGO
“From the time that we were little children, we began to form mental images of who we think we are. This is a fictional identity based on self-preservation and our personal/cultural conditioning. When we identify with this mind-made self (body-mind entity), we are functioning in ‘ego-mode’. None of us are born with an ‘ego’ (social mask), it is learned; an identity of our own mental construction that was built into the fabric of how we see, think, speak, feel and behave. We are constantly seeking power, validation and the approval of others; our thinking and behavior is always in anticipation of a response (it is fear-based). The real cause of human suffering is holding onto false beliefs and narratives that we are limited, powerless, defective, worthless, fearful and disconnected beings from each other and the universe as a whole. The unobserved ego in us is the major source of all human stress. To protect our distorted self-image, we unconsciously think and act out behaviors that are the exact opposite of what we internalized in order to ‘compensate’ for our sense of lack. Like any virus, the ego needs a host to survive (you) by forcing us to mutate, seducing us into identifying with it. To transcend the mental prison of our egoic programming is to be aware of how it functions inside us (through detached mindfulness) and remove our vital energy from it.”

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE EGO:
The unchecked ego is a mind virus that hacks into our personal identity/story and distorts our worldview * it resents change * it needs to control through dominance * it wants approval from others (through recognition, attention and praise) * it craves more power over people and/or circumstances * it lives in constant comparison to others * it feels the need to be right (mental standpoint) * it thinks it is the personal doer of actions * it believes itself to be the mind-body entity only * it is conditional * it promotes separation/exclusivity * it feels a sense of lack, craving more and more (for its needs are never satisfied) * it is insecure * it is racist *it feels a sense of entitlement * it feels guilt * it gossips * it worries * it is shallow * It is sexist *it holds grudges * it unconsciously seeks out drama (to feel important) * it focuses on past/future (at the expense of the present) * it is emotionally reactive * it depends on the opinions of others for a sense of self * it does not trust * it is defensive (taking things personally) * it is co-dependent on people * it represses * it cannot love unconditionally * it is possessive * it accumulates * it projects expectations onto others (expecting others to meet its standards or wishes) * it creates resistance to what really is * it seeks meaning and happiness from external things * its envious * it lives in the dark (confusion) * it labels and judges people and things * it plays victim role or perpetrator * it projects blame * it complains * it is unconscious of itself*

‘Repeat after me …“I cannot suffer from anything other than believed-in ‘thoughts’ strongly held in my mind. I cannot experience sadness without first adding a ‘sad story’ about myself. I never suffer from what happens to me, I only suffer from my interpretation (misaligned thoughts) of what happens to me. Feelings plus an unhappy, mind-made narrative (from the past/memory) equals personal suffering.” ~Anon I mus (Spiritually Anonymous)
Observe your unconscious habits of mental storytelling, recognize that your moods/emotions are based solely on whatever thoughts you choose to believe is real. You suffer more from your imagination than the actual circumstances. Always be aware of the though-created stories that you are consistently telling yourself (that you have identified with or attached to) in each moment.
