Ray was quiet for a moment more before nodding. “Sure,” they answered quietly, eyes dropping to their paperwork again. They looked over it before shuffling it together. They could finish it at home, bring it in tomorrow before their parents realized they had shirked their duties. “I’ll just close up a few minutes early.”
“You can bring you work if you want to, I see you eyeing that stack of papers. I’m sure we can figure out how to multi task._ I_ have some school work I could do if it makes you feel better.” She tried to give them an understanding smile, hoping to not come off as condescending. “I’ll meet you there? Let you close up?”

With the man’s small time spent in the town already, he was finding more to the town than he’d originally come for. At first the expectation was a werewolf, maybe two. If he was in any luck, none. But the longer he spent, the more and more he came to face. The undeniable scent of the girl who pulled out the seat in front of him. “Caffeine always does the trick,” He replied with a gentle smile. “Christian, it’s a pleasure. I got in not that long ago, haven’t really gotten the chance to introduce myself to anyone yet.”
“Well welcome to Coolsville Mr. Christian. Were are you from? Not a whole lot of people come here for fun, around here isn’t exactly a tourist destination.” She took a sip of her coffee, wincing at the temperature of it. He smelled...different. She couldn’t quite put her finger, or her nose, on it but something was off. Now, she was interested.
