Ayer tenía mucha pereza de ir al gimnasio, finalmente me obligue porque está semana he estado saliendo temprano del trabajo y pensé que sería una lástima no aprovechar ese tiempo, además el gimnasio está casi vacío los viernes en la tarde.

Cargué 4x7 con 85 kg en sentadilla y se sintió muy bien ver qué salieron con facilidad (a pesar de ver qué en el espejo estaba toda roja y con cara de pujido) 😅. De ahí, 140 kg en prensa, que me costaron y tenía que hacer una pequeña pausa de 3 segundos porque las piernas me temblaban.

Mientras hacía las últimas series, se me acercó un chico.
