I feel like this is it. Mostly great, mostly happy. I do not linger, I’m content. I feel content - until I’m not, then I just am - and that’s enough.

Street lamp projecting its light against me.

I see the light, but I’m in shade.

Am I blind? Or am I not?

Do I lie to myself or do I hope?

What if it’s both?

Why don’t I know?

I linger.

I linger in a place of unknown.

I hope.

But I hope and I fear.

I fear my love will disappear.

I see the light.

I see the shade.
