I always thought pregnancy was supposed to be this most wonderful thing, but I’ve been sitting in my bathroom floor all weekend long not being able to move. I’m three months in and I already hate this and can’t wait for this child to be here already.

Royce is a little player, he explained to me how he had three girlfriends but two of them dumped him because they’re twins and they found out and the third just stopped talking to him at school..he’s going to be my wild child

It sounded cliche but Chris let out a small sigh of relief when Madeleine said yes. He wasn’t sure whether he had expected her to say yes or no but he was glad she had accepted. “I love you” He told her, slipping the ring on before kissing her gently, everything had gone perfectly.

“I love you so much,” she said with a sniffle as she wiped her cheeks looking at the ring she smiled. “This was so perfect, baby, oh my god, I can’t wait to tell the girls!” she said excitedly as she wrapped him in a hug kissing his cheek.

“I love you too” Chris replied, looking down at her hand. He was so glad she had said yes, not that he had expected anything less. “Me either. It’s so exciting” He smiled, wrapping his arms around her waist.

“Yeah we really are” Chris agreed with Madeleine, finishing the champagne in his glass. “I agree” He told her, standing up for a moment and grinning at Madeleine before picking her up and making his way into the water. Once they had resurfaced, Chris grinned at her, kissing her gently for a moment. The sun was just beginning to set on the horizon and it was perfect. He pulled a box out of his pocket. “So I thought about a hundred and one different ways I could do this and eventually I decided that keeping it simple was probably the best so here goes.. I love you, you make me happier than I ever thought possible and if you let me, I’d like to spend the rest of my life trying to make you feel the same way. Madeleine, will you marry me?”

Madelaine smiled as she watched the sunset and finished her champagne, she soon rested her head on Chris’s shoulder. When he began to speak she lifted her head up and looked at him, eyes filling with tears as she nodded her head “Yes, oh my goodness, yes I will marry you, Chris” she said as she felt tears run down her cheeks, she couldn’t help but sniffle a little bit and laugh at herself, she held her hand out for him to slip the ring on.

“We’re always enjoying work and having fun seeing our friends but it’s nice for us to be able to just see and indulge in each others company,” she said with a smile. “I don’t know if I’ve ever felt this way in my life, this is so completely new”

Madelaine was enjoying the time she and Chris had together at the incredibly beautiful resort they were currently staying. When she felt the tap on her shoulder she smiled and lifted her sunglasses from her eyes “I am indeed waiting for someone and you look a lot like him” she giggled as she looked at the roses and down at the basket. “Oh goodness you little romantic, I love it”

Chris grinned “Oh good, I’d hate it if you were waiting for someone else” He joked. “Eh, I try” He told her. “Ready to go?” He confirmed before taking her hand and walking out of wherre they were staying to the few short metres to the beach. He lay out the picnic blanket, getting some things out and pouring two glasses of champage for them both. “This has been really nice”

Chris was excited. He and Madelaine were currently in one of the most beautiful resorts in the world in the Bahamas. They had been staying on a beach hut that was on stilts connected to the water and he had been loving every minute of it. He shoved the last of his things in his pockets before picking up the picnic basket and walking out of the bedroom. He set the basket down on the floor and walked up behind Madelaine, tapping her on the shoulder “Excuse me, are you waiting for someone?” He asked, trying to play coy, holding a bunch of red roses in his hands. “I made us a picnic dinner for the beach?”
