since the invention of time travel in 1981, the temporal bureau has been closely monitoring disastrous, large-scale events all over the united states, always just a mission away from altering the world’s timeline and preventing the tragedies from ever happening. the bureau employs eleven agents, highly skilled and intelligent individuals, trained in performing time jumps both into the past and the future. the bureau carefully selects the events it deems necessary to alter and assigns the appropriate agents, whose goal is simple: prevent the tragedy while leaving minimal footprint. in 1996, the current checkpoint, agent london goes rogue. exhausted with the work and disheartened by the bureau’s wish to play god, he steals an older model of the transformer kit, untraceable and disconnected from the main system, and starts jumping — he tampers with the timelines and once he’s comfortable enough, he begins to undo all the work of his fellow agents from the last decade, which ends up causing additional damage. operation london is currently the bureau’s main concern. the remaining ten agents are tasked with trying to locate agent london, apprehend him and bring him back. so far, all the jumps have been unsuccessful — agent london remains elusive and continues to wreak havoc across time and space.
