In Ohio, the most prestigious D/s school is located, with its campus split into two; Dalton Academy for Dominants and McKinley Preparatory for Submissives. Both schools are combined in one giant, campus with classes and dorms/suites. In this world, children are born as "blank slates" and given a typical childhood experience and allowed to mingle equally. As their minds develop, their roles begin to form, and by the time they are thirteen, every child has a mark behind their right ear that will mark them as either a submissive or a Dominant. Their family has until they are eighteen to teach them what their new role will mean for them before the rules fully apply to them and at twenty-one, they are required to send them to a place like TGA where their training for whatever role life has given them continues on a more serious, official level. It is important to remember that this is a school that teaches D/s concepts that is placed in a Master/slave world so consent is not taught or enforced. He grew up with a vague idea of how the world worked, two groups, Dominant and submissive, one had more power than the other. But he didn’t know much in detail. He was close with his mother though, the submissive in his parents relationship, he had some friends, got into a bit of trouble, it was fun. Then at 13 he woke up with an S behind his ear. His relationship with his dad suffered a bit because of his mark, his dad was expecting him to turn out to be a Dominant, while his relationship with his mother stayed largely the same. As far as Aaron’s feelings towards his new role in life? He wasn’t very happy. He had a vague idea of how the world worked, yeah, and he knew that submissives were the ones that had to listen to orders and be respectful and all that. Not every kid was great with rules, but Aaron definitely wasn’t, and it got a little worse after he found out.

He got into a little more trouble, parties with friends, stuff like that. At first, his parents let it slide a bit, figuring he’d be okay after he cooled down and got it out of his system. But soon the disobedience got too much and they started putting their foot down. The time in trouble was too far gone though, Aaron didn’t want to just do whatever someone else told him. He pretended listening to his parents lectures and got into a little less trouble so that they would let him be off on his own more. And in his own exploration time, he learned he had a talent for driving potential Dominants away. He had no problem with getting their attention, he knew he was pretty enough to get Dominants interested, and he knew he was good at sleeping with them, but the second they learned his teasing disobedience during sex would turn into some actual disobedience outside of the bedroom, they’d lose interest. Which was fine with him, he knew that someday he’d have to suck it up enough to get a claim, but for now, he was okay with getting into some trouble.

Aaron was at another school before coming here, he didn’t get far in terms of his academics and definitely didn’t get far in terms of a claim. His parents didn’t like his lack of progress and found McKinley, they heard good things from friends with their own submissive children and figured it would be a better place for him to actually move forward in life instead of just learning more kinks he’s into with Dominants that don’t want him long term. CHARACTER BIOGRAPHY:

Sebastian never lacked the knowledge during the first years of his life of how the world worked, and how it was basically divided into two groups of individuals; the Dominants and the submissives. The other three of the Quadruplets, never received the same amount of care and attention, and downright devotion, that his brother Beau had from their father. Sebastian was determined to make his father proud, and strived to excel at his studies, but his inborn brattish, competitive tendencies, saw him at the centre of trouble on a regular basis. 

Even if he was marked as a Dominant. Sebastian adored all of his brothers, but resented Beau for being the obvious favourite, with him being the heir to the sizable Smythe fortune. 

The lack of affection from their father made the younger three brothers join forces to stay safe, and they took as much care of each other as possible. It was only later in life that their brother Beau seemed to notice that things were amiss, and started to finally side with them, helping them to hide from their father’s wrath, and taking beatings in their place. In the end, this reformed behaviour on Beau’s part, resulted in an estranged brotherly relationship being restored, which made Bas very happy - for all of their sakes. 

When the time came for the four brothers to attend Dominant/submissive school as the rules dictated, Sebastian was sent to a school in Paris; a Performing Arts based D/s school, where he had the chance to dip his toes into dancing, which was something he loved doing. But a hot and heavy, torrid affair with a married Professor at the Institute; which Sebastian - an expert at manipulation thanks to watching his father run his household and his business for years, had engaged in, for the sole purpose of using the information to blackmail and force the Professor to have him transferred to the same institute in America that the rest of the Quadruplets attended - was uncovered by another member of staff, and Sebastian was kicked out of the school in disgrace. 

In despair, his father then sent him to join his brothers at Dalton Academy for Dominants and McKinley Preparatory School for submissives, in the hope that Beau would straighten him out and make him a better Dominant in the long run. So while he may have taken the scenic route to get there, Bas finally got his wish. 

Even though the idea of being back together with his brothers filled his heart with joy like no other thing could, Sebastian knew with his bratty ways and troubled side, that problems were just a fact waiting to happen in his future.
