For me True Beauty is being vulnerable and open, exposing the hardships and celebrating the joys... to me it is being so true to who you feel you are in any moment.. because when the true you is exposed, vulnerable, honest and open, only then can one be at peace in their life, and to me this means True Beauty. What is your favourite ritual that brings you back? Hands down - a hot shower with lavender oil dropped in the corner, followed by crawling into bed in my yummy dimly lit room and using vetiver oil to really relax... then I meditate for 10-15mins. I fully notice that cracks appear even if I don't do this for a day or two..
