⏰ Good morning beauties ☀️ This morning I feel refreshed! My focus this past week has been keeping my water intake up and I’m adding another layer to that by making sure I get a full 7-8 hrs of sleep in each night.
My workout this morning is at @wellspringedmonton for my Alberta Cancer Exercise (ACE) Research Program. I LOVE seeing and connecting with all of the beautiful souls at Wellspring and during my workout. Although it’s a great change of pace from my at home workouts, the darkness makes it more difficult to get out of my house in the morning. I have a confession to make — I hate winter ... ok it’s out there, I said it. 😱❄️ Yes I know it’s beautiful to look at but I’m always cold and it’s dark so many hours of the day.
Thank goodness I have my ENERGIZE + MCT Oil. It gives me the energy I need to feel alive and awake to conquer my day. I’m not a morning girl but Energize sure does help. I have almost completely replaced it with my Keto Coffee.
This time of year it’s so easy to make excuses for not getting our workouts in. “I slept in”, “I’m too busy”, and the later we wait in the day the more challenges stand our way. Don’t let excuses get in the way of your health and success.
