Block of Life
A protein is a large, complex molecule that is a key building block of life. We all know that it is an important part of our diets, but how many of us know how protein actually works in our bodies. These are components of the immune system that help to protect the body from foreign particles, such as viruses and bacteria. Proteins recognize and bind themselves to foreign substances in order to neutralize them and help protect the body.

I ate good today
Baking💕😊✨
Been working on getting back to eating food regularly. My anxiety has been through the roof which has been making my tummy angry and in turn making me not really want food. So I figured posting what I eat would help to make it so that I at least eat something. I’m honestly not sure if I will be able to keep up on this but I will be trying my best. I want to be healthy both physically and mentally so that’s what I’m working towards. So today I made soup with left over turkey breast, homemade turkey stock, spinach, and gluten free noodles.
