I dont know which blog you'd prefer to have prompts sent to so im putting this here.

Here's some ideas I had. Everybody start writing regressor lestat now‼️ When I get a break from work I will probably take a stab at writing a proper fanfic but wanted to share ideas incase anyone wants to write little les and needs ideas!

Regressor lestat prompt/ Headcannons?:

Lestat regressing when hes with Gabi, but he's masking it because he doesn't feel safe. So you get him at a sort of teenage age. When he's finally alone he goes smaller and just cries.

He was walking back to his hotel room when he saw a dog stuffed animal in a shop window and bought it in a trance. He literally cant sleep without it and it becomes a problem when Louis stays over and he has to hide him.

He starts wondering why he's feeling this way and googles it. He gets self conscious about it, but is now also yearning for a caregiver in Louis.

Hes probably really scared for someone to find out.

One day Daniel finds him crying after a show in his dressing room and since Daniel lived in San Francisco in the 70s he is immediately like, "oh yeah that makes sense". And Daniel becomes a reluctant baby sitter.

Daniel does Lestats hair a lot when hes small (learned from when he was trying to be a good dad to his daughters).

Maybe the band knows and is extra protective over him. That could be really cute, especially if Louis comes and lets the band dress him down for how he has been treating Lestat.

What if Lestat looses his stuffy? He's distraught looking for it.

If the band knows maybe they all immediatley pause what they are doing and start a search party.

Louis meets Lestat at a stop on the tour where lestat gets a hotel. It's close to morning and lestat is looking for his stuffed animal and can't find it. He is frantically searching for it and Louis walks in confused and worried. Lestat is embarrassed but to upset to worry about it so he asks Louis for help. Louis is slightly confused but helps him look!

Some extra 'Louis finds out' scenarios:

Maybe he walks in on Daniel playing with little les.

Maybe Lestat is just really going through it after a show one day and just cries and cries in Daniels arms saying that he just wants louis. Daniel caves and calls Louis even though Lestat might be mad at him when hes big again. Louis comes to get lestat.

Maybe lestat calls louis while hes little after a nightmare. And Louis immediatley starts making his way to lestat, staying on the phone the whole time.

Maybe lestat sits louis down for a conversation about it (unrealistic but a nice thought lmfao)

I told you on your straw page that it was gonna be a long one lolol

Okay for anyone who doesn't follow me on Twitter, I get a ton of stuff on there about age regressing Lestat, and I'm so fucking into it, it's such a sweet concept. So thank you anon, and all the other brave age regression Lestat truthers out there, y'all know what's up.

CUTIE PIE!! Oh, Lestat just crying on his own because he doesn't trust anyone with this part of him 😭 it's gonna make me cry irl

His heart just aches and aches and he feels so alone and he doesn't understand what's happening, he just wants someone to hold him and there's no one there 😭😭😭 Louis you better get your ass in here and look after your baby!!

The image of Lestat curled up in a coffin with a little stuffed toy is the fucking cutest thing in the world!! Like to the point where he can't sleep without him!!!! This can be how we get Mojo guys, I feel it!!

He would be so mortified by the concept of Louis seeing him, he has to very carefully stash him somewhere, and Louis doesn't understand why Lestat is having such a hard time falling asleep, assumes it's because Lestat doesn't feel comfortable with him. Meanwhile Lestat just misses having little Mojo to hold onto 😭

Okay but I feel like Lestat's so self conscious about this, and it's a relief to find out there's a name for it and that other people do it, but now it's also terrifying because now it's A Thing and other people might find out he does it and think less of him for it.

It's so sweet to me to think about Lestat wanting a caregiver in Louis, like there's already no one else that makes Lestat feel safe the way Louis does, and he knows that Louis would never take advantage of him in that younger state, either.

He's terrified thinking about asking that of Louis, what Louis will think about it, if Louis will think there's something wrong with Lestat, if he'll be creeped out by it. You know he spends so long angsting over it, and knowing his luck, Louis finds out accidentally before he has the chance to work up the courage.

THIS IS SO CUTE OH MY GOD?? Okay and Daniel has just been a dick so far to Lestat this season, so this is in some alternative universe where he's not The Fucking Worst, but I love the idea of someone playing with Lestat's hair being the main way to calm him down.

OH I LOVE THIS TOO, oh I love how much it seems Lestat loves the band, and I feel like they love him, too. It's probably something they encounter by accident and immediately are like okay we will kill anyone who looks at him funny, that's our Les, don't mess with him.

Oh and Lestat would absolutely lie to Louis about it, he'd say maybe a fan gave it to him and it has sentimental value and that's it, but the trust they're building is so fragile that Louis doesn't want to call bullshit so he just helps Lestat find the toy (and then pretends not to notice that Lestat gets into coffin with it).

I want to be excited about this but, once again, Daniel is pissing me off in the show at the moment lmao, so we're going to pretend it's a chill universe where everything is fine and he's not The Worst.

God. I love the idea of them doing something mundane like colouring together, and Louis spends a little while just leaning in the doorway watching them, Daniel spots him at one point and he has the fondest look on his face as he's watching Lestat. He knows he needs to get out of there and give Louis a chance to look after Lestat, sigh.

LOUIS COMES TO GET LESTAT!!!!!! Oh my god, I need this so bad. Loustat dropping everything to be there for each other drives me crazy. The way Lestat went to Louis when he said he needed him in episode 5, even with how hurt Lestat still is, speaks volumes about the strength of their relationship.

And little Lestat would absolutely just want Louis, he doesn't stop crying until Louis is there to pull him into his arms, gently rock Lestat from side to side as they cling to each other. There's no one that can settle Lestat the way Louis does!!

Maybe lestat calls louis while hes little after a nightmare. And Louis immediatley starts making his way to lestat, staying on the phone the whole time.

Oh my god this is actually such a fucking cute idea, like the second Louis answers the phone he knows that Lestat is regressing, and he's immediately on his way, he does anything he can to keep Lestat talking about something other than the nightmare. By the time he arrives, Lestat is fighting to stay awake, but he won't sleep without his Louis, and that's how he dozes off again.

Maybe Lestat has another nightmare, but Louis is right there when he wakes, ready to help him calm down, wipe away his tears, and hold him as he falls back asleep.

Lestat is back to his usual self when he wakes up and is probably kind of mortified with himself, but Louis is so soft, so sweet, it's hard to feel too bad.

Maybe lestat sits louis down for a conversation about it

I feel like something drastic would need to happen to get Lestat to actually use his words, it would need to be Louis finding out through some kind of incident where Lestat drops into that headspace in a really inopportune moment, and then he says they need to talk about it because what the hell was that??

I can see Lestat being really snappy and defensive, he absolutely does not like talking about his regressing ever, I think it's something that really embarrasses him when he thinks about it basically ever, and he doesn't like acknowledging that it exists.

But yes oh my god thank you for all these thoughts, they are so delightful!! I really love this concept so much, and I'm really surprised to see there's a lot of interest in it, I'd literally never come across the idea of age regressing Lestat until people starting sending me gimmicks about them!
