In memories of @qinniart who fought for her life and lived her best as an artist until the very end.

I haven't been spending much time on social media so I didn't keep up with any artist. I knew she was going through some health issues with her heart but I didn't realize she also had stage 4 cancer.

It's so surreal that I won't be seeing her art anymore. It's hard to process this sadness, like a bad dream you'd expect to wake up to. In the back of my mind I always thought I would see her post about her heart getting better one day, like you would expect a happy ending. It's not fair what happened.

At least she's no longer in pain. Rest in peace.

For Haruhi Fans in 2019:

Ive noticed that theres a few levels of haruhi fans:

1. people that watched the show, liked it, and moved on

2. People that watched the show in when it aired, loved the cute characters, learned hare hare yukai, cosplayed it, and ultimately dropped it and moved on after a few years of hype train but they still remember it fondly

3. People that crawl the ends of the earth searching for other long lost bretheren to discuss the semantics of koizumi’s left eyebrow, whilst waiting patiently outside of tanigawas humble abode, empty bowl in hand, praying that one day, one day we will be blessed with the four course meal of kyons snarky narrative writing once more

Assuming that most of the people interacting with this post fall into the third category (like me lol), i just wanna ask:

What is it about Haruhi that keeps you invested to this day?
