Hey, guys! The new cover for the Bandstand cast album has been released, but for some reason, it features Joey Pero instead of Alex Bender, who is the one who actually plays Nick, and is therefore gonna be on the album (Joey played Nick in the Paper Mill production, but he’s not involved in the Broadway production).
We’re trying to get as many people to comment in as many places about this, because it’s incredibly unfair for Alex, whom we love, and who deserves to be on the cover instead of someone who isn’t on the album at all, in the hope that they’ll notice people are upset and change it — there’s still a couple of weeks to go, so there’s time! Feel free to paraphrase the comments that are already there, or have it be as short as “Why isn’t Alex Bender on this?”
