Ok I’m going to try and say this as delicately as possible. I did not appreciate the scale scene in the Anti-Hero music video. It felt very fatphobic.

I understand that everyone regardless of body size/type has body image issues (thanks to diet culture and white supremacy) but that scene played into the idea that fat is the worst possible thing you can be which is not true.

It feels like when your thin friend says “I feel fat” fat is not something you can feel. Fat is not a feeling. You can feel bloated or feel like you are having a poor body image day, but you cannot feel fat.

I understand that everyone including Taylor Swift falls victim to our fatphobic society but it’s 2022 can we stop spreading the idea that being fat is the worst possible thing you can be.

I think this might be my 5th favorite album overall. It could possibly move up to 4th after a few more listens. But I really liked it!

I know it’s probably going to be almost everyone’s favorite but I loved Anti-Hero so much! Just like “I’ll stare directly at the sun, but never in the mirror” like fuck that wrecked me

Ok so Blondie really said it’s called Midnights Mayhem so here’s the rest of the track titles

Here’s what I think my top songs will be:

-Bejeweled and/or Labyrinth (I am a track 9/10 girl there are only two of her albums where track 9/10 haven’t been in my top 3 so I think one of them will be)

-Lavender Haze (I just love the name and her little explanation about it was so cute)

-Karma (I don’t know I just have a feeling this is gonna be a good song)

-Vigilante Shit (from the moment she told us this title I thought this might be one of my favorites)

I am not a Lana Del Rey fan at all so I’m think Snow on the Beach will be at the bottom of my rankings.

Overall I feel like this might end up being one of my favorite albums I don’t know if it will break my top 3 but I could see it making it into my top 5.

Ok so I just popped on here to say that I think Taylor Swift will be doing the Midnights Mayhem with Me on mondays/wednesdays/fridays if she does that then the last track title will be revealed on Wednesday October 19th which is 2 days before the album comes out. This is assuming she’s not including the title of the bonus tracks (although I think 2 of them are remixes so I would assume they wouldn’t have new titles). Or maybe she’ll do a bonus track reveal on the 21st. What do you all think?
