Genuinely feel so fucking drained and exhausted all from just being anxious as hell. Smallest things are setting me off big time and they shouldn’t - walking past slow people on the pavement is making me feel like Im being impatient and rude - being left on read in messages is making me think ‘maybe they dont like me ,they are probably just humouring me’. Trying to make polite conversation and being given short answers ‘oh I must be annoying’ or talking to someone and them just ignoring or giving halfassed replies ‘they definitely dont care about what I have to say’ My mind is a minefield at the moment I have no fucking idea what to do.
