okay so hi. im here to tell you im not gonna post anything here. first, cause im already busy and overwhelmed with my life (employed yay) and second, cause i think the AOT fandom is something i dont wanna be in anymore, simply cause its too toxic and filled with so many unemployed fans.

ive received some death threats in my inbox, and, obviously, its anonymous, cause why expose yourself when you can hide behind the anonymous button to send death threats? LMAO. but aside from the death threats, there also some hate comments about my headcanons and accusations about me being homophobic and yada yada yada. none of the inbox fazed me a little, but it just made me realize that i no longer want to post anything here and simply get out from the fandom

thanks for the kind words some of you gave me. thanks for the likes, reblogs and cute tags. also thanks for the comments, be it nice or simply rude and harming. always stays positive, say kind words to people. it might be harmless and so easy for you to write harming and negative comments behind the anonymity with your fingers, but you wont know what they go through in their life. your words could be someone's last straw. but thankfully, those dont affect me at all

reading the manga, i just realized that Isayama left bits and pieces of foreshadowing A LOT in the characters dialogue. like Armin predicting the gate to shiganshina is gonna be destroyed less than 5 minutes before it happened. Armin saying the wall titans are gonna walk freely sometimes in the future after the military captured crystallized Annie and the Wall Titan is revealed (foreshadowing the Rumbling) and Levi offhandedly saying "titans that come from the ground" (warhammer titan's ability) and also "titan falling from the sky" after Eren's experiments in Royal Government Arc (the beginning of S4 where eldians are thrown from an aircraft and Zeke turns them to titans)

i've seen people act almost disappointed that no one, not even Levi or Mikasa, reacted when it turned out they share the same last name. i think it’s funny, because as someone who also has a clan last name, i would not care that much either if i met someone with the same one 💀 i’d just be like, “oh, you’re a (last name) too? cool,” and then forget about it five minutes later

This line. The fact that Fritz said this to Ymir the slave. Mixed with what Kenny said to Levi. That everyone, no matter who it was, was a slave to something.

Erwin, the slave to his dream, chasing after it through the corpses of his comrades. Hange, the slave to curiosity, the need to ask, to check, to learn, to learn, to learn. Just let me learn, even if it results in pain or death. Eren the slave to freedom in his own words. And Levi. Levi the slave to bring a savior. To the need of protecting his loved ones. Levi who said 'i don't need dreams, and you can chase endlessly after your dream, as long as you let me follow you'. I don't need to know how the world works but you can keep diving down the rabbit hole as long as you let me protect you. I don't want to be able to go outside the walls or see the sea or live in luxury. But you can all do that. Please do that. But just let me be there so I can keep you safe.

Because for Levi the only thing that mattered were his people. And it's a tragic twist that this slave to human bonds became the one to be the door to freedom for everyone else. By freeing Erwin from his dream and it's burden, by letting Hange run into a titan's done, knowing he had their back, and by letting them die when they wanted by carrying on what was left. And freeing Eren by breaking the founder titan's connection and then making way for Mikasa in the end. No wonder when Eren saw Levi in action for the first time, his first thought was not "oh the scouts are here" it was "the wings of freedom".

Oh the irony of it all
